Joanne serves as the case supervisor of Duque Immigration Services Inc’s processing team. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in the Philippines with distinction and subsequently earned her professional license as a Psychometrician. Joanne further enhanced her professional portfolio with a year of service as an Internal Recruiter at a recognized recruitment outsourcing company in the Philippines, where she refined her skills in talent acquisition and personnel management.

Driven by her unwavering ambition to expand her professional horizons, Joanne made a significant decision to relocate to Canada as an international student. After a year of her arrival in Canada, she successfully completed a post-graduate diploma in Business Management at Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology in 2023, where she gained valuable insights into Canadian business practices.

Having spent three enriching years in Canada, Joanne has achieved a significant personal milestone by obtaining her Permanent Resident status.
