Duque Immigration Services (DIS) Canada Inc. is a reputable Immigration consulting firm located in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.
We are authorized by Canada’s Provincial and Federal Government to represent foreign nationals with their immigration applications or immigration proceedings. We deliver highly competent, ethical services and moderate pricing in all areas of immigration practices.
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Mr. Joel Duque is the founding member, President and CEO of DIS Canada Inc. Mr. Duque has been a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) since 2016.
Prior to becoming a member of the CICC, Mr. Duque completed the Immigration Practitioner Course with flying colours, under the previous governing body for Immigration consultants, the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).
Mr. Duque has spent the first 4 years post-Immigration course with various Immigration agencies and law firms to learn different Immigration applications and develop competence and skills to help you with your Canadian immigration issues and concerns. Mr. Duque has also developed cultural sensitivity. Being exposed to different Nationals all over the world gives him a better perspective and comprehensive understanding of the different variables that affect a certain immigration application.
DIS Canada Inc. will attempt to streamline Immigration matters through sound advice, immigration management and respectful advocacy within the boundaries of the Canadian law.

Joanne serves as the case supervisor of Duque Immigration Services Inc’s processing team. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in the Philippines with distinction and subsequently earned her professional license as a Psychometrician. Joanne further enhanced her professional portfolio with a year of service as an Internal Recruiter at a recognized recruitment outsourcing company in the Philippines, where she refined her skills in talent acquisition and personnel management.  Read More

With a passion for helping others and a personal connection to the immigration process, Alliah brings both lived experience and academic insight to her role as an Immigration Case Specialist. Originally from the Philippines, she holds a Diploma in Humanities and Social Sciences and moved to Canada in 2019 as an international student.
